Je ne sais pas ce que Tore en pense, mais j'aime bien.
Matthieu Chalaux It's his work. I just adapted it to a damage roll instead of a d20.
So good work Tore Nielsen !
Good work, Eric Nieudan. I will use this version! :-)
Me too I think =) Glad you like it in any case.
I have a better idea. Make it into a risk dice. When it depletes fully you become proficient
That would take forever, don't you think?
Mmh maybe it can be tuned
Could be a roll you do every time you attack, but you'd have to make the results less harsh.
That was more like what I was thinking. Maybe with a 1 or a 4 you become immediately proficient?
I'd have to think about it. I'm not sure I like rolling an extra die each turn, and bypassing the combat training rule feels a bit awkward as well... But fun.. But awkward...
Looking at it again, I'm glad that I Tell The World stayed on there. It might not be suitable for ALL settings, but I think it is a fun option.
Tore Nielsen I don't know. I think far and wide is a thing even in low tech settings where the next village is another world.
