what PDF reader are you using? have you tried a different one? maybe the document+reader+printer troika has issues?
acrobat reader and there is no problem on the the screen. I tried it with two different printers (epson and Brother). It's weird that only odd pages do that. Even pages works !?!
have you tried using a different reader or updating the reader?
Pdf Architect worked!! It was Acrobat Reader :/
