Do you think you could get around interminable planning sessions (if they're a problem) by having a quick round of prep and giving a resource die based on that?

  1. I'm in love with BiTD for that, you could use any risk die for flashbacks.

  4. Could be a player decision after information gathering "how much do you invest in this, how much do you prepare ?"

  7. I don't think I like it for this game, prepping and planning are great opportunities for players to make use of their skills.

  8. I think I see your point, Pierre M, but I don't think they're mutually exclusive.

During the planning phase Jane tries to secure a blueprint of the Primrose Palace. Liz hacks into the company which provided the locks, and Szondo the Imperceptible cases the joint.
Liz' hacking attemp fails, so now people on the inside are alerted to the fact that something is up.Jane and Szondo succeed, which bring the resource die up to a D6.
