Rob Barrett let me know if you are interested in joining an in-process game. We are playing MM in the Veins of the Earth LotFP setting. July 1st at 1-5pm CDT. Possibly also July 5th 7-10pm CDT.
There is room in the fiction to join as a party member, the PC's are escorting a caravan of plague-ravaged villagers through the underdark, so you could be a recovered villager.
Shane Liebling I've found the dR to be satisfactory for light and food rules. I am planning to use the Veins hunger stuff now that food is getting scarce. I haven't found a good way to hack the climbing rules over really since they are dependent on "Skill." So far I haven't had climbing come up since the conceit of the game is that there is a path through the underdark that is known. It might come up if there is a cave-in, blockage, enemies on the path, etc.
I have ran a few. I have some sessions coming up but they are parts 2&3 of a 3 game series. July 1st & 5th.

Couldn't do 7/1 as it's my parents' 50th wedding anniversary but the 5th might be possible.
