That's interesting. I hadn't realised MM had used 4d4 for a while.
Brian Ashford It seemed like a good idea at the time :) If you dig up the old beta on Google docs, you'll see what it looked like then.
I like 4d4 for a standard Black Hack game. But once you remove the "roll over each stat" o.j. leveling up, you don't need it.
