I don't think you can. What I would do is something like this : How do they like strangers. On a 1-3, they hate them and want them dead (1 being absolute worse) Then on a 4 they'll hate them and want them badly gone, and on a 20 people will love them. Then you'll need to detail each line, find the initial risk die (Charisma / past deeds / etc.) and you're set.
